Modern Mythology: Fairies

Also known as Fae or Fay, deriving from ‘faerie’, the fairy is mythological and legendary creature amongst many European cultures and folklore. Fairies are most commonly noted for their mischief and malice when encountered. The times have changed but the tricks haven’t; and fairies still have several aces up their sleeves when met on the streets. They hide their pointed ears behind their curly, colored hair and their papery wings beat heavily against the insides of their coats.
